I just wanted to do a weightloss post, it's been a while since I carried on about my fatness, or lack therof, and what I'm doing to control, or not control it.

Actually there's a reason why I have been quiet, I  gained 20-25 lbs back. It's a struggle, to keep weight off. I know I'm addicted to food, and I also have to eat.... you know, so I can stay alive and stuff like that. 

Occasionally I indulge, I always have, as a part of my weight-loss goals, I never set out to deprive myself, the pleasure of eating is one of the greatest joys in life. It's also a way us humans bond, & celebrate with each other....eating is just awesome.

 Koy and I got a little carried away this past year. That, combined with the growing success of my little business, and having six children to care for, has really cut my stamina for workouts, and sometimes even my ability to catch a workout. I mean literally some days, there is not even time to catch a 20 minute workout. So we both gained a lot of weight and looked like this:


When we saw this photo, we freaked, and started jogging almost every day. I began using Noom, I have talked about it before, its amazing!! to track our progress, our wokouts count calories, ect. One thing I love about Noom, is that it posts to Facebook giving you accountability. I actually feel embarrassed if I miss a workout, because I feel like someone will notice it wasn't on FB today,
 ( I know I know everyone is not sitting around checking their facebook feeds to see if I worked out.... but, psychologically it works. ) Both of us have lost right at 15 lbs now, ahhhh thank god:!! And we look great, but what's better, feel so so amazing. 

I still have about ten more lbs to go to get back to my comfortable weight, but this is 15 lbs later, in only 4 weeks:))) All I did was put on sneakers and walk out of the house.- its that easy, not giving up is the hardest part, don't give up!!
